This gives our clients the opportunity to make any last minute changes that may be needed. Feedback from our customers helps us to maintain a high level of customer service. Here is some feedback that was posted on the BR blue model railway forum.....
“ Hi all, just thought that I would update you all on my station buildings that I received in the post yesterday from Westcoast Miniatures and share my overall thoughts with you. The quality of the station buildings is to a very high standard such as the door furniture and trim to the building and the way that this is all put together is a true work of art. The station feels very sturdy which is great as I have never experience with plastic foamboard before, but was pleasantly surprised as it looks to be a very robust material which I would like to experiment with myself one day. Communications with Dave at Westcoast was spot on. Dave answered all my emails and answered all my questions, which was great as I never felt left out. This extended to when Dave was creating my buildings as I could follow his progress on his BR Blue forum workbench thread which was great as I was always kept in the picture and if needed to change anything I could have done before it was too late. As it happens I did not have to change a thing as Dave took all my requirements on board and stuck to them.
Yesterday when I received my parcel was very happy to see that it had made it all the way from Co Durham undamaged and in one piece. This was down to the packaging which was great, plenty of bubble wrap and specialist air pockets all cased in a sturdy box. As a nice touch Dave had placed spare material in the box such as the red, white, blue and grey NSE branding plus station advertising which is very useful The price I paid for the station building and the island platform building was also very reasonable as I was considering to use the Hornby Skaledale range but when I worked out all the pricing it would have cost more for the Skaledale range than this unique station from Westcoast Miniatures.
To sum up the overall experience that I had from using Westcoast Miniatures is that I would highly recommend Dave’s services to any one. 10/10 for communications, 10/10 for a high quality of standard of work, 10/10 for reasonable pricing and 10/10 for packaging.
After receiving this masterpiece I have now made the decision to order another platform building.”
